Airport: The optimal and most convenient airport for arrival is ORD, located just a 10-minute car or subway ride from the venue and adjacent hotels. Alternatively, the next closest airport you may consider is MDW, which is a 45-minute drive or an hour-long subway journey from the venue.

Hotel: Our partnered Hotel is the Double Tree by Hilton. Located in Rosemont, IL. This hotel is located just 5 minutes from O’Hare Airport and 5 minutes from our venue.

If we exceed our hotel block, you can do one of two things.

1) Book through the hotel’s normal booking site.

2) Find another hotel close to the surrounding Park Ridge, or Rosemont area. (please note you will be expected to ride share you way to the venue.)

Hotel to Venue: We have decided that given the proximity to public transit and flexibility of ride sharing we will not be providing shuttles from hotel to venue.
